Jalapeño Popper Quesadillas with Spicy Ranch Sauce

Ingredients

Spicy Ranch Sauce

  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Jalapeno Popper Quesadillas

  • 1 packet flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
  • 2-3 jalapeños diced
  • 2 tbsp panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened

Instructions

Spicy Ranch Sauce

  • In a bowl, mix ranch mix, salt and sour cream.

Jalapeno Popper Quesadillas

  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Mexican blend cheese, and jalapeños.
  • Heat flour tortillas on pan with olive oil.
  • Spread a little bit of cream cheese mixture on the tortillas.
  • Sprinkle panko bread crumbs and taco seasoning.
  • Fold tortilla in half and cook until cheese has melted.
  • Quesadilla should be golden brown on both sides.
  • Turn off heat.
  • Using a pizza cutter, cut quesadilla in triangles.
  • Serve with spicy ranch sauce.
