Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

Fall in love with this delicious beverage that is dairy free. Perfect hint of spices and fall flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup hot brewed coffee or espresso
  • 1 tbsp whipped coconut cream garnish

Instructions

  • In a small pot over medium heat, add non-dairy milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Stir well until it simmers. Do not boil.
  • Turn off heat.
  • In a mug, pour brewed coffee or espresso.
  • Then add in your pumpkin spiced milk.
  • Top off with coconut whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice.
  • Enjoy warm.

Notes

I used Trader Joe's Pumpkin Spice. If you do not have that, then grind up cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg and black pepper in a spice grinder to make your own. I used Oat Milk and frothed it with a milk frother. You can also buy whipped coconut cream and pumpkin puree at Trader Joe's.
