Sweet Corn Rava Waffles
Using my sweet corn rava dhokla batter recipe, you can now enjoy these as waffles.

Ingredients

semolina

cups
dahi
yogurt

sweet corn
kernels

tbsp
oil

tbsp
ginger
1-2
green chilies
diced

tbsp
coriander
1
tsp
red chili powder
1
tsp
salt
to taste
1
tsp
black pepper
1
tsp
eno
fruit salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together rava and dahi together.
Add in sweet corn. Mix well.
Add in ginger, green chilies, red chili powder, coriander, salt, pepper, eno and oil. Mix well. Your batter is ready.
Lightly spray oil or ghee to the inside of the waffle maker. This will help prevent the batter from sticking to the waffle maker.
Turn on the waffle maker and let it heat up. Be careful.
Pour a a few spoonfuls of the batter into the waffle maker. Close it and let it cook. Once it is ready, carefully place waffles on a serving tray.
Enjoy with cilantro chutney.
