In a large bowl, mix together rava and dahi together.
Add in sweet corn. Mix well.
Add in ginger, green chilies, coriander, salt, pepper, eno and oil. Mix well.
In a stainless steel greased tray, pour in the batter.
Sprinkle red chili powder.
Steam in pressure cooker for 5 minutes.
Remove from pressure cooker and let it cool for a few minutes.
Using a knife, cut into diagonal pieces.
Enjoy with cilantro chutney.
