Strawberry Chia Pudding
This recipe is dairy-free and so easy to make. Great to have for breakfast.

Ingredients

cups
almond milk, unsweetened vanilla flavor
or any non-dairy milk (coconut, oat, soy)

cup
chia seeds
2-4
fresh strawberries
washed and sliced; for garnish

tbsp
maple syrup
3-4
dried strawberries
for pink color
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp
ground cardamom
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, take your non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, ground cardamom, maple syrup and mix well.
Crush dried strawberries in a mortar & pestle until it is a fine powder.
Add the strawberry powder to mixing bowl and mix well until milk is a light pink color.
Add in your chia seeds to the mixing bowl and stir well.
Pour chia seed pudding mixture into your mason jar. Cover lid and store in refrigerator overnight.
When ready to serve, garnish with fresh cut strawberries.
Enjoy this creamy and filling breakfast.
