Spicy Masala Cashews

These spicy masala cashews are so delicious and addicting. They are vegan, gluten-free and jain friendly. Great for the festive season.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole cashews unroasted and unsalted
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder fine
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder or ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp amchur (mango) powder

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Once warm, add in cashews.
  • Roast cashews in oil until golden brown.
  • Turn off heat.
  • In a bowl mix together all the seasoning/spices.
  • Add in all the seasoning/ spices mentioned above to the cashews.
  • Mix well and let it cool.
  • Store in an airtight container.
