Spicy Masala Cashews
These spicy masala cashews are so delicious and addicting. They are vegan, gluten-free and jain friendly. Great for the festive season.

Ingredients

whole cashews
unroasted and unsalted

oil

salt

tsp
black salt

tsp
black pepper powder
fine

kashmiri red chili powder
or ground cayenne pepper

tsp
turmeric
1
tsp
roasted cumin powder
1
tsp
amchur (mango) powder
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Once warm, add in cashews.
Roast cashews in oil until golden brown.
Turn off heat.
In a bowl mix together all the seasoning/spices.
Add in all the seasoning/ spices mentioned above to the cashews.
Mix well and let it cool.
Store in an airtight container.

Adjust spices to your taste.
