This is an Asian inspired side dish that goes well with noodles or curries.

Ingredients
1cup shishito peppers
1tbsp olive oil
1tsp toasted sesame oil
1tsp sea salt
1tsp black pepper
1tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Heat a pan with olive oil.
Sautée shishito peppers until they start blistering.
Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper.
Turn off heat. Then add in toasted sesame oil.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
Notes
I kept my shishito peppers in the fridge for at least 5 days and it turned orange. It doesn't taste any different than the green ones but I like the colorful peppers.
