Seasoned Garlic Knots with Spicy Marinara

One of my favorite Italian appetizers is garlic knots. I created my own seasoned version which is simple and easy to make.
Course: Appetizer, Side Dish

  • Mix the oil, butter, garlic and seasonings.
  • Brush the oil mixture on the "knots".
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350° F until brown.
  • Brush the remaining oil mixture and serve immediately.

Spicy Marinara

  • Warm the sauce on stovetop for a 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Notes

I used Lucini Premium EVOO.
