Preheat oven to 400°F.
Prepare puff pastry sheet according to package.
Using your hands or a potato masher, mash the boiled potatoes.
Add in peas, jalapeño, salt, ginger, all the spices mentioned, lime juice and coriander leaves.
Mix well and make sure it is at room temperature.
Roll the puff pasty into a rectangle.
Spread the spiced potato filling in a thin layer and leaving room at the edges.
Brush one end of the sheet with water.
With the side that does not have water, begin rolling into a long log.
Using a sharp knife, cut into 1 inch round pieces.
Brush each pinwheel with melted butter.
Lay them in a baking tray and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.
