Salted Mint Lassi

Refreshing and savory drink for the summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dahi (curd)
  • 1 tsp mint powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Using a Vitamix or blender, mix all ingredients together until frothy.
  • Serve in a glass. Enjoy cold!
