These are one of my favorite sandwiches for tea parties. It is so yum and Jain friendly.

Ingredients
2slices Pumpernickel bread
2tbsp vegan mayo
1cucumberthinly sliced
1tsp lemon pepper
1tsp dill fresh
Instructions
Spread vegan mayo on pumpernickel bread.
Layer with cucumbers and sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning.
Garnish with fresh dill leaves.
Notes
Check out my Vegan Mayo recipe. You can buy lemon pepper seasoning or use salt/pepper and grate lemon peel as an alternative. I used Persian cucumbers and sliced them thinly.
