Protein Packed Pasta

Here is a delicious and protein rich pasta that is creamy without any heavy cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 package protein pasta of your choice
  • 1 jar pasta sauce of your choice
  • 16 oz silken tofu
  • 16 oz cottage cheese plain
  • 1/2 cup basil fresh
  • 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Set aside with reserved pasta water.
  • In a food processor/blender, mix together pasta sauce, silken tofu, cottage cheese, basil, and seasonings until smooth.
  • Heat up a saucepan with the sauce and add in the pasta with reserved water. Mix well and let it simmer.
  • Garnish with fresh basil.
