Protein Packed Pasta
Here is a delicious and protein rich pasta that is creamy without any heavy cream.

- 1 package protein pasta of your choice
- 1 jar pasta sauce of your choice
- 16 oz silken tofu
- 16 oz cottage cheese plain
- 1/2 cup basil fresh
- 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Set aside with reserved pasta water.
In a food processor/blender, mix together pasta sauce, silken tofu, cottage cheese, basil, and seasonings until smooth.
Heat up a saucepan with the sauce and add in the pasta with reserved water. Mix well and let it simmer.
Garnish with fresh basil.
