Protein Bagels

These 2-ingredient viral protein bagels are easy to make and so good. You can add whatever toppings you like. I did fresh jalapenos and sea salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup greek yogurt non-fat
  • 1/2 cup fresh jalapenos diced
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp milk for brushing

Instructions

  • Mix together self rising flour and Greek yogurt. Knead into a dough.
  • Divide into 4 pieces and shape into bagels.
  • Add your desired toppings. For this, I added fresh jalapeños and sea salt.
  • Brush with milk (instead of egg wash) for a golden finish.
  • Bake at 375℉ for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve warm with your favorite cream cheese.

I used Fage 0% Greek Yogurt and self rising flour from King Arthur Baking Company, found at Wegmans.
