Pineapple Cream Cheese Tea Sandwiches
These make great sandwiches for Mother's Day, bridal shower or any festive occasion.

Ingredients

slices
white bread

tbsp
cream cheese

tbsp
pineapple jam

gel food color (pink/purple)

Instructions
Using a serrated knife, cut the outer crusts.
Take 2 bowls and add a tablespoon of cream cheese in each bowl.
Add 1 drop of gel food color to each cream cheese bowl. Mix well.
Take a tablespoon of cream cheese and spread on a slice of bread.
Take a tablespoon of pineapple jam and spread on another slice of bread.
Put the two slices of bread together and cut into halves.
Repeat the same steps for the other slices of bread.
Lay sandwiches on a serving platter and serve immediately.
Notes
You do not need to use food coloring but it does help make it more festive.
