Piña Colada Breakfast Bowls

Using Bob's Red Mill Coconut Spice Homestyle Granola, this makes for a refreshing summer breakfast treat. Full of tropical flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Coconut Spice Homestyle Granola
  • 1 cup greek yogurt vanilla or plain
  • 2 tbsp pineapple spread OR 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1-2 maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add greek yogurt. Layer on Bob's Red Mill coconut spice granola on one side. Layer on pineapple spread or crushed pineapple on the other side.
  • Garnish with maraschino cherries.
  • Serve immediately.
