Ingredients
sourdough bread sliced
butter
pepper jelly
pepper jack cheese slices
Instructions
Heat a skillet pan over low heat.
Spread butter on both sides of the bread.
Spread pepper jelly on top of each bread slice.
Top off with pepper jack cheese slices.
Close the sandwich and let it grill for a 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
The cheese should be melted and bread should be crispy.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
I get freshly baked sourdough bread from Whole Foods bakery. They will slice it for you. You can get pepper jelly and pepper jack cheese slices from Trader Joe's.
