Paryushan Waffles

Simple and easy to make during Paryushan or year round that is also kid-friendly and gluten-free.

Equipment

  • 1 Mini Waffle Maker

Ingredients

  • 1 banana ripened
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1 tsp cardamom ground
  • 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  • Mash ripened banana with a fork.
  • Sprinkle ground cardamom over mashed banana. Mix well.
  • Add mixture to rice flour and mix well.
  • Add ghee and form batter.
  • Grease mini waffle maker and add spoonful of batter.
  • Let it cook until golden brown.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

If you want to make this recipe vegan, you can substitute ghee with coconut oil.
