Simple and easy to make during Paryushan or year round that is also kid-friendly and gluten-free.

Ingredients

banana
ripened
1/4
cup
rice flour

tsp
cardamom
ground

tbsp
ghee
Instructions
Mash ripened banana with a fork.
Sprinkle ground cardamom over mashed banana. Mix well.
Add mixture to rice flour and mix well.
Add ghee and form batter.
Grease mini waffle maker and add spoonful of batter.
Let it cook until golden brown.
Enjoy!
Notes
If you want to make this recipe vegan, you can substitute ghee with coconut oil.
