This recipe is part of my Back to School Series. It is a flavorful and colorful snack that kids will love. It is loaded with cheese and veggies. It will help introduce Indian spices to kids.

Ingredients
1packetbread
1block paneer cubes
2tbspbutter
1cupcheese
1cupbell peppers
1cupsweet corn kernels
2tbspketchup
1tbspolive oil
1tspred chili powder to taste
1tspblack pepperto taste
1tspsalt to taste
1tspcumin coriander powder to taste
1tspturmeric powderto taste
1tspchaat masala garnish
Instructions
Use a round cookie cutter or a rim of a glass to cut bread into circles. Set aside.
Using a non-stick pan, sauté paneer, corn and capsicum (bell peppers) with olive oil and spices.
Spread butter on the bread.
Then spread ketchup on the bread.
Layer on seasoned paneer and veggies.
Sprinkle cheese.
Place in toaster oven until cheese has melted and bread is toasted brown.
Garnish with chaat masala.
Notes
I used Amul cheese but you can also use mozzarella cheese. You can also add any other veggies your kids like. Your kids can also use any cookie cutters they have to make any shape they want.
