Olive Tapenade Bruschetta
This makes for a delicious appetizer that can be served warm on a baguette. I loved using a variety of olives and fresh basil to make this.

Ingredients

olive oil
extra virgin

kalamata olives
pitted
1/2
cup
black olives
pitted
1/2
cup
green olives
pitted

basil leaves
fresh

sea salt
to taste

tsp
black pepper
to taste

loaf
french baguette
Instructions
In a food processor, pulse olive oil, basil leaves and olives until they are coarse.
Add in salt and pepper per taste.
Slice french baguette in half and spread olive tapenade on both sides.
Place baguette in oven for 7 - 10 minutes.
Enjoy warm.
Notes
I used Trader Joe's black, green and kalamata pitted olives.
