Jain Spicy Thai Basil Noodles
This is a delicious recipe that has no onion no garlic but has lots of flavor. It super easy to make with the right ingredients on hand.

Ingredients

rice noodles

thai basil

toasted sesame seeds
for garnish
Sauce
1/4
cup
coconut aminos or dark soy sauce

tbsp
sambal oelek (chili paste)

tbsp
rice wine vinegar
1/3
cup
brown sugar

tsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package. Set aside.
In a sauce pan on medium heat, whisk together all the ingredients listed under sauce.
Add in the cooked rice noodles and corn. Cook for 2-5 minutes until it is all well coated in sauce.
Turn off heat and stir in Thai basil.
Serve immediately and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
Notes
I used organic Thai brown rice noodles from the brand Explore Cuisine found at Costco. If you cannot find Thai basil, you can use regular basil.
