Jain Salsa Verde
This green salsa is Jain friendly and great to have with Mexican dishes.

Ingredients

tomatillos
1-2
serrano peppers
1/2
cup
coriander

tsp
salt

tsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Remove tomatillos from husk.
Boil in water on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Drain water and set tomatillos aside.
In a food processor, blend all ingredients.
Store salsa verde in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
You can also roast tomatillos in the oven to get a more smoky flavor vs. boiling.
