Jain Masala Pav
Perfect for the holidays and great way to use leftover pav or buns. This is recipe is Jain friendly.

Ingredients

Pav Bhaji masala

Kashmiri red chili powder

tsp
salt
to taste
shredded amul cheese
optional
Instructions
In a pan, on medium heat, melt butter. Once butter is melted, add ginger and green chili.
Add tomatoes, bell peppers and spices as mentioned. Let the tomatoes cook down until it is a thick gravy. Add in cilantro.
Add in the chopped buns and mix well.
Turn off heat. Serve with shredded amul cheese.
Notes
I used Pav Bhaji Buns from Costco. You can find Pav Bhaji masala from the local Indian store.
