Instant Idli
What if you could make idli from scratch without any soaking or fermentation? Well, you can and it tastes so good.

Ingredients

rice

urad dal

cup
yogurt
(dahi)

tbsp
salt

tsp
oil

tsp
ENO fruit salt
Instructions
Grind the rice and ural dal dry in a Vitamix or food processor.
Add in yogurt, salt, ENO fruit salt and oil.
Pour batter in idli molds.
Steam in Instant Pot for 10 minutes.
Idli should be soft and ready to eat. Serve with coconut chutney or sambhar.

No soaking or fermentation required.
