This is perfect for spring/summer using herbs from your garden. Great to make sandwiches for tea parties or picnics using this spread. This recipe is also Jain friendly.

Ingredients
1cupvegan mayo
1/2cupcream cheese
2tbspmint chopped
2tbspdill chopped
2tbspcilantrochopped
1tbsplemon juice
1/2tsplemon zest
1tspsalt
1tspblack pepper
Instructions
In a food processor, put all ingredients together. Pulse until smooth.
Use as a spread on your favorite sandwich.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
You can use vegan mayo recipe I have on the blog or store bought mayo. I love using this spread on white bread with butter, cucumbers and sprinkle of chaat masala.
