Herb Sandwich Spread

This is perfect for spring/summer using herbs from your garden. Great to make sandwiches for tea parties or picnics using this spread. This recipe is also Jain friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mint chopped
  • 2 tbsp dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a food processor, put all ingredients together. Pulse until smooth.
  • Use as a spread on your favorite sandwich.
  • Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Notes

You can use vegan mayo recipe I have on the blog or store bought mayo. I love using this spread on white bread with butter, cucumbers and sprinkle of chaat masala.
