Harissa Pasta
This is simple, delicious vegan pasta made with harissa sauce, basil and tomatoes.

Ingredients

harissa
sauce

grape tomatoes
halved

basil
chopped

sea salt

black pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add in harissa sauce, grape tomatoes and basil. Let it cook for a few minutes.
Add in cooked pasta, salt and pepper. Give it a mix until everything is coated and warmed through.
Notes
I used Mina harissa sauce found at Whole Foods. This does have garlic.
