Gulkand Lassi

Gulkand is a sweet rose petal jam and popular in India. I used Greek yogurt for the added protein but you can also use dahi.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or dahi
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Gulkand
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom ground
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tsp dried rose petals garnish

Instructions

  • Blend everything together in a blender until creamy.
  • Garnish with dried rose petals.

Notes

I used Two Brother Organic Farms Gulkand. I got my dried rose petals from Diaspora Co. and I used Fage Non-Fat Greek Yogurt. Alternatively, you can use Whole Milk Dahi.
