Gulkand is a sweet rose petal jam and popular in India. I used Greek yogurt for the added protein but you can also use dahi.

Ingredients
1cupGreek yogurtor dahi
1 1/2tbspGulkand
1/2tspcardamomground
1/2cupice
1tspdried rose petalsgarnish
Instructions
Blend everything together in a blender until creamy.
Garnish with dried rose petals.
Notes
I used Two Brother Organic Farms Gulkand. I got my dried rose petals from Diaspora Co. and I used Fage Non-Fat Greek Yogurt. Alternatively, you can use Whole Milk Dahi.
