Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup mango frozen chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple frozen chunks
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender.
  • Enjoy!
