Eggless Mozzarella Sticks
These mozzarella sticks would make for a great appetizer. Enjoy with your favorite marinara sauce.

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 16 oz mozzarella cheese block
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup panko
- water as needed
- oil for frying
Cut mozzarella cheese block into 1 inch sticks. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, Italian seasoning, corn starch, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add water slowly and mix well to prepare batter. The batter should not be too thick nor too thin.
In another bowl, put panko crumbs.
Take cold mozzarella sticks and place in batter. Coat well and then place in panko crumbs. Coat evenly and set aside.
Prepare oil for deep frying the sticks.
Fry until golden brown.
Enjoy with your favorite marinara sauce.
