Creamy Cauliflower Dip

This recipe is dairy free, gluten free and jain friendly. It makes for a flavorful and healthy appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 TJ's frozen rainbow cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp TJ's Bomba sauce
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • On medium heat, sautee cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper and bomba sauce.
  • Using a food processor, puree seasoned cauliflower, nutritional yeast, water and lemon juice.
  • Serve with bread, pita chips or crackers.
