Cold Coffee
In India, there are cold coffee carts and it is unlike an iced coffee. It is frothy and can come with a variety of toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 1 cup ice
- 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1-2 tbsp sugar optional; to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, mix all ingredients until frothy.
