I used ready made cooked sticky rice to make this. It is a delicious, sweet rice recipe.

Ingredients
1container Bibigo sticky rice cooked and ready to eat
2 -3 tbsp coconut milk
1tspcoconut or brown sugar
1tbsp blue pea floweroptional
1cup boiled wateroptional
2tbsp ripe mango puree
heart shaped cookie cutter optional
Instructions
Make blue pea tea by soaking blue pea flowers in boiled water for 10 minutes.
Open Bibigo sticky rice container half way and pour in a few spoonfuls of coconut milk, blue pea tea and 1 tsp of brown or coconut sugar.
Heat in microwave according to package instructions (Approximately 90 seconds).
On a plate, pour sticky rice upside down.
Place heart shaped cookie cutter on top of rice. Pour in mango purée.
Serve immediately.
Notes
I used Bibigo Ready to Eat Sticky Rice from Costco. They come in an 8-pack. I got the blue pea flowers from Suncore Foods. You can adjust sugar as per your taste as mango purée is naturally sweet.
