This is a classic chutney sandwich with soft white bread, cilantro chutney, thinly sliced cucumbers, Amul butter, and lots of Amul cheese. The recipe for cilantro chutney is on my blog.

Ingredients
8slicessoft white sandwich breadpepperidge farm
1/2cupcilantro chutney
1/2English cucumberthinly sliced
1/2cupAmul cheesegrated
2tbspAmul buttersalted
1 tspblack pepper
1tspchaat masala
Instructions
Spread Amul butter on each slice of bread.
Add cilantro chutney on top of one slice of bread, followed by sliced cucumbers, grated Amul cheese, and sprinkle of black pepper.
Close sandwich. Cut off the crusts. Slice sandwich in half.
Sprinkle chaat masala on top of sandwich.

Notes
Use English or Persian cucumbers. I like to use Pepperidge Farm white sandwich bread. You can find Amul butter and Amul cheese at Indian grocery store. The recipe for cilantro chutney is on my blog.
