Chutney Sandwiches

This is a classic chutney sandwich with soft white bread, cilantro chutney, thinly sliced cucumbers, Amul butter, and lots of Amul cheese. The recipe for cilantro chutney is on my blog.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices soft white sandwich bread pepperidge farm
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chutney
  • 1/2 English cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Amul cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Amul butter salted
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chaat masala

Instructions

  • Spread Amul butter on each slice of bread.
  • Add cilantro chutney on top of one slice of bread, followed by sliced cucumbers, grated Amul cheese, and sprinkle of black pepper.
  • Close sandwich. Cut off the crusts. Slice sandwich in half.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala on top of sandwich.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Use English or Persian cucumbers. I like to use Pepperidge Farm white sandwich bread. You can find Amul butter and Amul cheese at Indian grocery store. The recipe for cilantro chutney is on my blog.
