This is a great appetizer for any holiday party. This recipe is Jain friendly and delicious.

Ingredients
1package paneercrumbled
1sheet puff pastrythawed
1/2cup red, yellow, or orange bell peppers diced
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbspsambal oelekground chili paste
1serrano pepper diced
1tspginger grated
1tspred chili powder
1tspcumin powder
1tspsalt
1tsp black pepper
1/4cupcilantro chopped
1tbsp oil for brushing
Instructions
Thaw puff pastry sheet according to package.
If you have fresh paneer block, make sure to crumble it with your hands or in a mixer.
In a mixing bowl, add crumbled paneer, bell peppers, salt, sambal oelek, serrano pepper, ginger, soy sauce, and spices as mentioned. Mix well.
Once the puff pastry sheet is cold and thawed, roll it in a rectangular shape.
Add in the chili paneer mixture evenly on the sheet.
Gently roll puff pastry sheet in a log shape and seal ends.
Using a sharp knife, cut into one inch pieces.
Preheat the oven at 350°F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Brush oil using a pastry brush on each pinwheel.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Enjoy warm.
Notes
I used Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets (found in the refrigerated aisle). Sambal Oelek is red chili paste (no onion, no garlic) can be found in Indian grocery store.
