Bitchin' Panini
This recipe is inspired from Bitchin' Cilantro Chili Sauce. It is a delicious almond base spread founded by a female entrepreneur, Starr Edwards. You can use my cilantro chutney as an alternative if you want a Jain friendly version.

I used Bitchin' Sauce in cilantro chili flavor. If you want to make this recipe Jain friendly, you can use my cilantro chutney recipe. I got artisan rolls from Costco but you can use any Italian type of bread such as ciabatta, focaccia or baguettes. I used Belgioioso fresh mozzarella sliced cheese from Costco. I have also linked my burger baskets on my LiketoKnowIt.
