Basil Salt

I love growing basil in my garden every summer. While I love using it for homemade pesto, I wanted to make my own gourmet flavored sea salt. It turned out amazing and so easy to make. I love sprinkling this on pizzas, pastas, roasted veggies, fresh tomatoes - the possibilities are endless.

  • Wash and pat dry fresh basil leaves.
  • In a food processor or grinder, add basil and sea salt. Give it a mix.
