In a mixing bowl, add the flour, all the spices, curd and oil.
Knead the dough. It should be semi-soft.
Take dough and divide into small balls. Set aside.
Using your palms, gently press the dough balls.
Heat oil in deep frying pan.
Once oil is hot, add in the vada to deep fry.
It should be golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a dish lined with paper towel, which helps absorb the access oil.
Once cool, store in airtight container.
