Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte
Fall in love with this delicious beverage that is dairy free. Perfect hint of spices and fall flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 cup non-dairy milk of choice
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup hot brewed coffee or espresso
- 1 tbsp whipped coconut cream garnish
Instructions
- In a small pot over medium heat, add non-dairy milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
- Stir well until it simmers. Do not boil.
- Turn off heat.
- In a mug, pour brewed coffee or espresso.
- Then add in your pumpkin spiced milk.
- Top off with coconut whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice.
- Enjoy warm.
Notes
I used Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice. If you do not have that, then grind up cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg and black pepper in a spice grinder to make your own. I used Oat Milk and frothed it with a milk frother. You can also buy whipped coconut cream and pumpkin puree at Trader Joe’s.
