Spicy Masala Cashews
These spicy masala cashews are so delicious and addicting. They are vegan, gluten-free and jain friendly.
Ingredients
- 1 bowl whole cashews
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin coriander powder
- 1 tsp amchur (mango) powder
Instructions
- Roast cashews in oil until golden brown.
- Add all the spices mentioned above.
- Mix well and let it cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Adjust spices to your taste.
