
Protein Bagels
These 2-ingredient viral protein bagels are easy to make and so good. You can add whatever toppings you like. I did fresh jalapenos and sea salt.
Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup greek yogurt non-fat
- 1/2 cup fresh jalapenos diced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp milk for brushing
Instructions
- Mix together self rising flour and Greek yogurt. Knead into a dough.
- Divide into 4 pieces and shape into bagels.
- Add your desired toppings. For this, I added fresh jalapeños and sea salt.
- Brush with milk (instead of egg wash) for a golden finish.
- Bake at 375℉ for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite cream cheese.
Notes
I used Fage 0% Greek Yogurt and self rising flour from King Arthur Baking Company, found at Wegmans.
