Paryushan Waffles
Simple and easy to make during Paryushan or year round that is also kid-friendly and gluten-free.
Servings: 2 waffles
Equipment
- 1 Mini Waffle Maker
Ingredients
- 1 banana ripened
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp cardamom ground
- 1 tbsp ghee
Instructions
- Mash ripened banana with a fork.
- Sprinkle ground cardamom over mashed banana. Mix well.
- Add mixture to rice flour and mix well.
- Add ghee and form batter.
- Grease mini waffle maker and add spoonful of batter.
- Let it cook until golden brown.
- Enjoy!
Notes
If you want to make this recipe vegan, you can substitute ghee with coconut oil.
