
Harissa Pasta
This is simple, delicious vegan pasta made with harissa sauce, basil and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 box penne pasta
- 1 tbsp harissa sauce
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup basil chopped
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add in harissa sauce, grape tomatoes and basil. Let it cook for a few minutes.
- Add in cooked pasta, salt and pepper. Give it a mix until everything is coated and warmed through.
Notes
I used Mina harissa sauce found at Whole Foods. This does have garlic.
