Green Smoothie
A delicious, healthy green smoothie for anytime of the day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup mango frozen chunks
- 1/2 cup pineapple frozen chunks
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tsp hemp seeds optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender.
- Enjoy!
