Cold Coffee

In India, there are cold coffee carts and it is unlike an iced coffee. It is frothy and can come with a variety of toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar optional; to taste

Instructions

  • In a blender, mix all ingredients until frothy.
