
Chutney Sandwiches
This is a classic chutney sandwich with soft white bread, cilantro chutney, thinly sliced cucumbers, Amul butter, and lots of Amul cheese. The recipe for cilantro chutney is on my blog.
Ingredients
- 8 slices soft white sandwich bread pepperidge farm
- 1/2 cup cilantro chutney
- 1/2 English cucumber thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Amul cheese grated
- 2 tbsp Amul butter salted
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chaat masala
Instructions
- Spread Amul butter on each slice of bread.
- Add cilantro chutney on top of one slice of bread, followed by sliced cucumbers, grated Amul cheese, and sprinkle of black pepper.
- Close sandwich. Cut off the crusts. Slice sandwich in half.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on top of sandwich.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Use English or Persian cucumbers. I like to use Pepperidge Farm white sandwich bread. You can find Amul butter and Amul cheese at Indian grocery store. The recipe for cilantro chutney is on my blog.
