
Spicy Masala Cashews
These spicy masala cashews are so delicious and addicting. They are vegan, gluten-free and jain friendly. Great for the festive season.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole cashews unroasted and unsalted
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp black pepper powder fine
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder or ground cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp amchur (mango) powder
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Once warm, add in cashews.
- Roast cashews in oil until golden brown.
- Turn off heat.
- In a bowl mix together all the seasoning/spices.
- Add in all the seasoning/ spices mentioned above to the cashews.
- Mix well and let it cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Adjust spices to your taste.
