Red Garlic Chutney
This is a spicy and flavorful chutney to enjoy with burgers, falafels, samosas, wraps, sandwiches or pav bhaji.
Ingredients
- 15-20 dried red chillies
- 5-6 garlic cloves peeled
- 4 red bell peppers sliced
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak dried red chillies in warm water for 20 minutes.
- To a blender, add dried red chillies, red bell peppers, garlic cloves, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander seeds and salt. Mix well.
- Store chutney in a glass mason jar with lid in the refrigerator.
