Jalapeño Popper Dip
This is a warm, comforting dip you can make for the holiday season. It is full of flavor and great to have with tortilla chips, crackers or baguettes. It is also Jain friendly.
Ingredients
- 3-4 jalapeños diced
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend shredded
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- In a mixing bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, Mexican cheese, jalapeños and seasoning.
- Spread in a baking dish and add panko bread crumbs.
- Garnish with remaining jalapeños.
- Bake and broil in oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbly golden brown.
Notes
For Jain seasoning, just add cumin powder and red chili powder.
