Creamy Cauliflower Dip
This recipe is dairy free, gluten free and jain friendly. It makes for a flavorful and healthy appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 TJ's frozen rainbow cauliflower
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp TJ's Bomba sauce
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- On medium heat, sautee cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper and bomba sauce.
- Using a food processor, puree seasoned cauliflower, nutritional yeast, water and lemon juice.
- Serve with bread, pita chips or crackers.
