Pan Fried Garlic Pepper Tofu

Tofu does not have to be bland. Here is a quick and flavorful tofu recipe using simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz tofu extra firm
  • 2 tbsp garlic oil
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp pink salt

Instructions

  • In a frying pan, heat up garlic oil. Alternatively, you can use fresh garlic and oil.
  • Add in cubes of tofu, pink salt, black pepper and sriracha sauce. Mix well.
  • Continue sauteing tofu until it is well coated on all sides.
  • Tofu should be golden brown.
  • Turn off heat and serve with rice, steamed veggies or enjoy by itself.
