Spicy Masala Corn
This is a Jain friendly recipe that is so flavorful and would make for a great side dish or snack.

Ingredients

sweet corn kernels
frozen

cups
water
for boiling

tbsp
Amul butter
salted

tsp
chaat masala
1
tsp
red chili powder
1
tsp
turmeric powder
1/4
cup
pomegranate
1
serrano pepper
finely chopped
1
tbsp
lime juice
1
tbsp
cilantro
for garnish
Instructions
Boil water on medium heat in a saucepan.
Add turmeric to boiled water.
Then add in frozen sweet corn and let it boil until tender.
Turn off stove. Use a strainer to drain out the water.
Place the sweet corn kernels back in the saucepan.
Add in Amul butter and it will melt into the warm sweet corn.
Add in chaat masala, red chili powder, and serrano peppers. Mix well.
Place masala corn in a serving bowl.
Add in pomegranate and squeeze lemon juice. Mix well.
Garnish with cilantro.
Serve immediately.
Notes
This recipe serves 1 but you can adjust accordingly.
